SENSALG is a program that characterizes and assesses the suitability for processing food algae for use in artisanal or industrial human food.
This collaborative project mobilizes the scientific skills of several technological centers federated within the ACTFOOD BRETAGNE association, including Adria Développement, CEVA, IDmer, Vegenov and ZOOPOLE Développement. This collaborative project also mobilizes the skills of SAS Center Culinaire Contemporain and EURL TACTIQUES COMMUNICATIVES.
All of these players lead its ecosystem of members (industries, higher education / research, institutions) via its website www.sensalg.fr, the organization of online or face-to-face events, and develop cooperation between members , notably through its support services for collaborative innovation projects.
