On 19 March 2021 the student competition and professional conference on seaweed, U’COOK-innovation, was held. Organised by UCO Bretagne Nord, the theme of this 5th edition was ‘SEAWEED: a solution for the future’.
The major stakeholders in the industry, universities and the institutional world at national level came to gather at this event with the aim of developing a collective innovation dynamic in the agri-food industry.
This conference was an opportunity for Hélène Marfaing, one of the Sensalg’ experts, to talk about lacto-fermented seaweed. For those who were not able to attend the live event, a catch-up session is available.
